I’ve been meaning to update but haven’t had the time—been a very busy last few weeks. Thankfully, I feel better than I did a month ago. I spent the month of December with a dark raincloud hanging over my head. I lost my muse and I almost lost my mind. But it’s a New Year; a new beginning and a chance to do things differently this time.
More to come later, but as we speak I’m in the middle of some very important research: rewatching some of my favorite Westerns as well as a few new ones in order to determine which ones to recommend to a friend who is mostly unacquainted with the genre.
This may be one of the more fun research projects I’ve embarked upon since college, and that’s including that time I studied dominance hierarchies among female crayfish (featuring one very petite but feisty crayfish named Katya). So, you know…it’s pretty lit .
